BACKGROUND
I received my bachelors degree from Tulane University in New Orleans in Cellular Neuroscience. I then attended the University of Denver for a specialized masters degree in Forensic Psychology. My doctorate degree is in clinical psychology (Psy.D.) and was completed at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, CA where I specialized in trauma work with emergency personnel.
I am a dedicated volunteer, and I have worked with the local Red Cross teaching classes in disaster preparedness and psychological first aid to Red Cross staff and volunteers. I have also sat on the National Disaster Response Network committee and provided disaster response services.
I balance my clinical and professional life as a successful photographer for over a decade, giving balance and aesthetic to my consultation and clinical practice.
